OUR RENTAL PROCESS

  • 1) Find What You Need

    You are welcome to visit our location and search the shelves for what you need or search our inventory online.

  • 2) Tell Us What You Need

    You can call us or send an email and list the props you want. Or use the cart function on our website to place a request. If you are visiting in person you can pull the props you want to rent onto one of our work tables.

  • 3) Availability & Cost

    We will confirm what is available from your desired selection of props and give you a quote for the cost of your order. If you are in person at our location you can request a quote for the props you have selected at any time.

  • 4) Hold or Confirm

    Once you have finished selecting your props you can hold your group of items for up to 1 week or confirm your order immediately.

  • 5) Payment

    We accept credit card payments only. Once your order is confirmed we will email you an invoice which can be paid online. For first time customers your order must be paid before you can pick up.

  • 6) Packing and Pick Up

    Once your order is confirmed and paid for we will wrap and pack the items into bags or bins. Next we will schedule the day and time you would like your order picked up. We do not handle the delivery of the props so you will need to pick up the order yourself or send a courier.

FAQ

  • The standard rental period is one week (7 days). The rental starts when the order leaves our location.

    We also offer a three day rental which is 20% less than the weekly rental. This allows you to pick up your order the first day, use your props the second day and return the order on the third day.

  • All of our rental items are priced per piece. The weekly rental prices are listed on the website. If you are renting in person we can give you a price quote at any time.

  • Regardless of how you place your order (phone, email, website) we will first need to check our inventory to make sure your items are available. This process usually takes only a few minutes. Once availability is confirmed we will contact you and continue the rental process.

  • We accept credit card payments only. Once your order is confirmed we will email you an invoice which can be paid online. If you are renting props at our location you can also pay in person. If you are a first time customer your order must be paid for before it leaves our location.

  • If you break something during your rental period please tell us as soon as possible. Email us a photo of the broken item. We will determine the replacement value and email you an invoice.

  • It is not a problem to extended your rental past the initial 7 days. The extended rental fee is 10% of the total cost of the order per extra day.

    Example: If the first week rental costs $250, the extended rental fee would be $25 per day.

  • It is not a problem to cancel your order before it is confirmed. If you cancel your order after it is confirmed and packed we will refund half of the cost to you. We will not refund orders that have left our location.
